17/05/2006 - The Sir. Community - The Family.

The Sir. Community is a personal family where everyone works together to get the job done. Everyone Pitches in what they are best at, and from this creates a empire.

           “Through my years of net using and on-line gaming I’ve been in and seen countless groups with so many problems it was hopeless to even count. Then I come across Sir., at first I didn’t think anything of it. But as time has gone on with all that has happened I can safely say now that it’s a whole world beyond all of the average gaming groups and communities you see. Those charged with running it know how to make it a long lasting and entertaining experience for everyone. From its stability, members, goals, and just plain fun, I’m constantly surprised by it.

           I have to say one of my favourite things about the community is the film making. Stunting and screwing around on games is fun, so is playing them seriously, so why not record it and make a movie? Its like real life, if the scene gets screwed up it still turns out to be a good time. Then you can’t wait for the next filming event, that’s how I always feel. Plus when its done, hey,  you’ve got a movie of all your fun to show the world with you in it.

           The Sir. Community isn’t only about movies and screwing around though (that’s just my favourite part of it), the ambitions and goals are above what I ever could’ve imagined. It’s about many things, all of which revolve around the community itself. What are all of its goals? Well, you’ll just have to see for yourself if you wish to become a part of the community we have here. The main point I have here is that I’m glad I joined so long ago, I couldn’t be any happier with it. :) ”

Everyone At Sir. wishes to expand our Family, to have more people, more skills, more ideals and more diversity. I do how ever which to note we are a business. Business is ruthless, people are kept at arms length and alot of things are sacrificed for the betterment of the Corporation. I don't wish to scare you, but I want it to be known that as much as we are a family and we all get along at a group table. We must remain primarily a business - meaning we must respect rank, understand that a business has a image and put the Community first above all else. The People are the heart and soul of any business or community, but friendship cannot stand in the way of discipline. It is a mistake many businesses make, and have paid dearly with their lives.

In the spirit of business, we are a corporate family. It's how Sir. has always been - The administration tied at the hip with its lowest ranking members. As I always said, "He whom forgets the lowliest of his people, has forgotten how to be a administrator and is not fit to rule."

I welcome everyone to our family and I extend my arms to you.
