Description  
The Director of Marketing is responsible for maintaining and achieving The Community's Image, while at the same time researching and developing new and better ways to promote and enhance the community Image. Though careful management of his/her subordinates the director of marketing performs these tasks. The Director of marketing is responsible to motivate and provide work to;
  • A Media Support Agent.
  • A Promotional Support Agent.

The Media Support agent, will perform duties in relation to the creation of marketing materials, such as posters and graphical ad's and icons. The Promotional Support agent, will perform duties in relation to the creation of text based materials, such as news posts, forum posts, e-mails.

As Department Head, The Director of Marketing, will also be responsible for moderating/creating all contextual content relating to the community that is exposed to the public. Ensuring that it will continue to maintain our image and lead towards achieving our goals.

As the Director of marketing, you may be called upon to represent the community in events or conferences, so people skills are a must.

Description  
The Director of Human Resources is responsible for maintenance, recruitment, training and overall management of all the Community Members, while at the same time researching and developing new and better ways to manage and enhance the community member base and member needs. With coordination between other staff in the administration department, the Director of Human Resources will be called upon for his/her expertise as well as to provide a 'strong body' in many community projects.

Description  
The Director of Administration Jury is responsible for maintaining law and order within the community. The Director will be reasonable for all judicial operations within the community.

His/her job consists of but is not limited to; Kicking members, Banning members, Warning members, Investigations, keeping records of infringements, providing security support and judicial training to server administrators. You must also be able to deal with complaints.

As the Administration jury, you may be called upon to represent the community in events or conferences, so people and image skills are a must.

Director of Community Filming Discipline: Filming/Administration  Posted: 17/05/2006 Level: 2
Description  
The Director of Community Filming is responsible for maintaining, managing and motivating the Filming department as well as making sure that the filming department will achieve the community's filming goals. The Director of Community Filming while not directly participating in the filming process, must understand and be able to moderate the process and make sure that goals are achieved.

The Director of Filming will receive projects or be tasked with creating projects for the Filming Department. When receiving a project the director of filming will assist and motivate his/her's subordinates to complete the project, providing administration assistance and guidance within the department. When creating a project it will be up to the Director of filming to contact, Inform and organize a structured game plan. Assistance from Operations may be available in some projects, when resources are needed. Under the direct guidance of the Director of Community Filming is;

  • The Filming Website support Agent.
  • The Master Producer.

The Filming Website Support Agent, will perform duties in regards to the maintaining and updating of the Filming website. With assistance from Marketing and the Promotional Support agent.

The Master Producer is the lead talent of the Filming Department. His job is to perform the duties and tasks outlined by the Director of Community Filming, using his advanced knowledge in filming he then motivates and performs said duties with the people below this in the hierarchy. The Difference in jobs is that, it is the job The Director of Community Filming to provide guidance, charts, milestones and time constraints - The administration and organizational end of Filming. Where as the Master Producer deals souly with producing the project, and the Directing, Video editing and management end of Filming.

Description  
The Filming Website Support Agent, will perform duties in regards to the maintaining and updating of the Filming website. With assistance from Marketing and the Promotional Support agent.

Master Producer Discipline: Filming  Posted: 17/05/2006 Level: 3
Description  
The Master Producer is the lead talent of the Filming Department. His job is to perform the duties and tasks outlined by the Director of Community Filming, using his advanced knowledge in filming he then motivates and performs said duties with the assistance of the managers below him in the hierarchy. He is directly responsible to the Director of Community Filming.

The Master Producer, will Create, Edit, Compile Videos. The Master Producer is responsible for coordinating with 3 managers to produce the fundamental parts of a Film. He/She will work with Lead camera man to Produce the footage necessary, which will be later transferred to him. He/She will also work with the Casting Director to acquire the people necessary for the event/project. Lastly he will instruct and coordinate with the Filming Auxiliaries to produce the necessary materials for a strong streamlined Production Cycle.

 

Requirements  
  • Must have a very advanced ingame filming and editing background.

  • Must have some form of Management experience.

  • Must be capable to keep to deadlines and work as a team.

Description  
The Lead Camera's Job is to record using a video collection software, the necessary footage required for the Master Producer/Filming Project.

As a Result, the lead Camera man must be able to follow advanced directions as well as run the Video game in question on High or Full, with the video software running.

Description  
The Casting Director is responsible for maintaining and taking care of all cast members in the filming department. The Casting Director is also responsible for providing the necessary amount/types of people to the Master Producer, during the production cycle.

The Casting Director will accompany the other managers ingame (in Server) during events/filming sessions. The Casting Director will be responsible for the actions and moderation of the members within the server as well as informing the cast members when and where to join. He will also be responsible for communicating with and mobilizing the people within the server. In short, If it has something to do with the Cast or the human element behind the film, The Casting Director will be a part of it.

  • Must have some form of previous management experience preferably a course taken at the college level.

  • Must have a high level of patience and capable of commanding large sizes of people.

The Filming Axillaries Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, motivating, organizing and assisting his/her team. His/Her duties will include collecting work, Motivating his/her Team, Assisting team members, Doing preliminary work, setting milestones and creating a timeline for his team.

The job of assistant to the casting director, is to assist the casting director in any means possible. This job will most likely be assisting in moderating the server during events, and to be in/at places within the server to provide better coverage in moderation. Storyboard Discipline: Filming  Posted: 17/05/2006 Level: 5
Description  
Storyboard is a creative individual with artistic skills. It is his/her job in conjunction with the Lead Scripter and Scripter Aid to produce the essence of a film. Storyboard may be tasked in developing with the assistance with Lead Scripter and Scripter Aid, The essence of a film - This meaning the Script, the choice of map, location, shots and storyline. Storyboard may also have a predefined essence that it must adhere to, in this case Storyboard job will be to creatively construct camera angles and shots in conjunction with Lead Scripter's script. Lastly in rare cases Storyboard will have a draft storyboard that he/she will will have to produce in full.

Storyboard is both a active position as well as a consulting position for the Filming department, on camera angles and movie setup.

  • Must have some form of previous storyboard creation experience or fairly strong artistic skills.

Lead Scripter Discipline: Filming  Posted: 17/05/2006 Level: 5
Description  
The Lead Scripter is responsible for creating and maintaining scripts for the Filming Department. In conjunction with storyboard the lead scripter may be called on to produce the essence of a film. At times, Lead Scripter may be tasked in creating a films script in full, other times in part and in some rare cases the Lead Scripter may be tasked with proof-reading predefined scripts. It is the job of the Lead Scripter to communicate with Storyboard and provide the functional storyline for him/her to work with (if one does not exist), Careful communitarian and Teamwork will be necessary between the Lead Scripter & Storyboard, as each will aid and assist each other - One points out the artistically angles needed, the other the functional storyline needed. Hybriding and balancing between each others needs is a necessary skill.

Lead Scripter is both a active position as well as a consulting position for the Filming department, on storyline and story dynamics.

  • Must have some form of previous writing/story creation experience preferably at college level.

  • Must be capable of teamwork and effective communication.

The Scripter Aid is a friendly assistant to the lead scripter. The Scripter Aid provides feedback, personal objectivity, dialogue and assistance to the Lead Scripter. Description  
The job of the local resource manager is to manage, collect and provide the local resources of the modification department. The Aim of this job is to have a singular person with the keys to uploading as well as have a definite guide of what has been made - that is available when the creators may not be online.

The Local Resource Manager is tasked with the collection, sorting, indexing of all files as well as making certain that they are all up to date of their latest versions and in some cases also uploading and transferring them to people within and outside the community..

A high speed connections and good communication with team members is necessary.

Description  
The Lead Coder is responsible for managing and tampering with all the codes and scripts within a modifications that may need to that take place. It is especially important that The Lead Coder can interact with animations. The Lead Coder will be tasked with creating actions, tweaking and scripting.

The Lead Coder will create things ranging from a Custom Community Assault Rifle to Dropship physics.

Description  
The Lead Skinner is responsible for designing and creating skins for all given models as each given project requires. It is his/her job to make certain that every model needed is skinned quickly and efficiently, while still having a unique and good quality appearance.

The Lead Skinner duties range from Character skinning to custom textures.

Description  
The Lead Modeler is responsible for designing and creating any objects required by any given project. This varies from simple things like rocks and boxes to slightly more complex models like soldiers, tanks, planes, and even buildings.

The Lead Modeler is the backbone of the modification team, as a result The Lead Modeler must have sufficient skill as well as work ethic to create many objects in a limited time frame.
