The Sir. Community Code of Conduct (Please Read Carefully) Below is a set of guidelines all community members are expected to follow. Adherence to the code of conduct is paramount as it ensures a strong and streamlined organization. The Code of conduct is broken into 3 stages. Guidelines: are rules that need to be adhered to but are not mission critical and will not lead to immediate termination if broken or not met. Are a ‘guiding lines’ to becoming a greater member. Rules: Mission critical rules, these are rules established within the community and provide the community with its basic judicial system. Protocol: within the community is defined as etiquette or a ‘code of behavior’ - one could go even as far to say our modus operandi. Protocol is mission critical behavioral guidelines and rules that must be met and adhered to. Any deviation will be seen as an act of insubordination and can lead to termination within the community. Rules: 1. One must always put the interest and wellbeing of other members and the organization before your self. 2. One cannot create rules or protocol - Unless designated by the administration. 3. One must always willfully follow the directions of superiors unless they willfully breach the community protocol. 4. One must be respectful and understanding of the impact one member can have on the reputation of that the community as a whole shares. 5. One must never cause harm to the community’s reputation be it locally or globally. 6. One must learn from, and act upon instructions and training. 7. One must be willing to learn and will not turn a deaf ear. 8. One is responsible for all actions he or she does as well as any actions resulting from his or IP address or accounts. 9. One must wear the Sir. Tag [‘Sir.<space><capital>N</caps>ame’] – (Ie, Sir. Polaris not - Sir. polaris, sir. polaris or sir.polaris) where ever the community is present. Protocol: 1. One must be truthful and will avoid to the best of his ability all forms of lying and "convert operations" 2. One must Never Breach the chain of command by jumping rank to get things done. 3. One must be capable to criticize constructively. (i.e. no "it sucks", etc when asked for input). 4. One must never become hostile or argumentative, especially in front of a around public users. 5. One must all ways ask when in doubt. If One does not understand or fully comprehend a situation it is usually best to stick what has be declared ok. 6. If One is shot are not obliged to return fire. 7. One must never revenge kill. 8. One should always be forgiving and understanding – never presuming trouble or negative thoughts. Guidelines: 1. One must be active, dedicated and Fiercely Loyal - to the limits capable of yourself. 2. One may build on existing ideas in the community by working within the protocol and rules. 3. One should all way be active to support his/her fellow member. 4. When Joining the Server, It’s Best to always be in corresponding Teamspeak before joining. 5. One should always look and listen before asking what is going on. 6. When in Doubt – Mimic. 7. One should always let people know when you are leaving a conversation or of the situation around you. Remember that people cannot see you and the more information you provide the easier it will be for them top understand and judge away times. 8. One would do well to never walk into some ones line of fire. He who walks into another’s line of fire, is responsible for their own life. 9. One should wear tags where ever possible, to spread the Sir. Name and Image. 10. Spreading image is beneficial to everyone and should be done as much as possible. The Creator of this document reserves right to edit and modify as he/she sees fit. It is the duty of the person accepting this document to review and act upon these changes. If a member doesn’t denounce though a written submission his or her membership he/she remains bound to this agreement regardless of the changes made.

Legal (Please Read Carefully)

Member-to-Organization contract. (Please read carefully) I the applicant agree that; 1.All works that are presented in a manner that implies being given to the community or are abandoned, donated or created with the intent to cause harm or create turmoil within the community will be considered to be finished products which become, at the time of discovery, the property of Justin Kelly. Any Works which have been created using the Communities resources, this includes but is not limited to; it’s members, it’s virtual and physical space, servers, name, reputation and intellectual property are considered property of the Justin Kelly to ensure the safety of the resources all members within the community. Any derivatives of said works are held by this same agreement and are treated as works created by community resources. All resources created or gathered by myself which are used within the community during my time as a member are assumed to be created for the use of the community and as such, will therefore be considered the property of the Justin Kelly – whom will propagate it’s usage within the community at his own judgment. The wearing of The Sir. Community is treated the same as some one whom is carrying a flag or wearing a badge – it is treated as a marker of ones affiliation therefore as such in wearing of ones tag you are invoking the community’s name and reputation therefore any resources given to you or acquired because of the tag or because of your affiliation with the community will be considered the property of the Justin Kelly – whom will propagate it’s usage within the community at his own judgment. What this legal statement does not cover is articles given for personal reasons, works created by members outside the community, works created by non members of the community, works created by a individual of the community for his own personal use, works created by a individual of the community that are not given or offered to the community (this statement is void on works that infringe the statement about resource usage), works created after a member has officially left the community, works given to members or resources given to members on the basis of there personal non-Sir. Related self, this excludes all 3rd party works and extracurricular activities unless said activities are given due to the aforementioned reasons or are created with the intent to cause harm to the community or it’s members. The statement “the property of the Justin Kelly” is defined as action as follows: the work/works in question has all legal rights and statuses including executive rights and claims to ownership transferred to the property of Justin Kelly (Sir. Polaris) for an indefinite duration, this excludes any criminal or negative charges. The Creator being a member of the community or under use of the community name or tag, will withhold no rights 2. I will not hold The Sir. Community accountable or liable for any actions or claims within my time and duration within the community. I understand that, I alone are responsible for my well being and good health. Any Damage, Physical, intellectual or mental not falling under The Criminal code of Canada, are not the duty of the community to prevent. I understand The Sir. Community has no control of what community members say or do; as a result they cannot be held liable for any reason what so ever for their actions. 3. I agree to and give permission to the administration of The Sir. Community as well as anyone whom The Sir. Community administration deems commendable, to access, modify, collect and use any data I submit to the community – This including but not limited to information contained on the New Member form as well as within posts or instant messaging programs. This data can be used to; (not limited to) create charts, Graphs, Documents, Stats, to Judge, Study . Ect. I wave all rights on this information and allow information to be use as it will benefit the community’s overall knowledge and demographics. I agree that all information gathered or given to The Sir. Community becomes property of The Sir. Community and is not required by law or duty to destroy or return such information. 4. I understand that my time and being within The Sir. Community is a privilege and not a right. Under no circumstances will I attempt to circumvent, overthrow or oppose the community in anyway that will withhold its growth and well being. I understand If I am found guilty of such offence that my time in the community becomes null. I understand on moment of termination that I am no longer a member of the community and hold no rights or entitlement to membership or compensation. I agree to remove all identifying marks and indications of community membership. If I fail to do so, I agree to be accountable under the laws of the Canadian Judicial system. 5. I understand at any given time a member can be removed from The Sir. Community without reason or warning. I understand If I am noticed by any means to removal from the community that my membership becomes null. I understand on moment of termination that I am no longer a member of the community and hold no rights or entitlement to membership or compensation. I agree to remove all identifying marks and indications of community membership. If I fail to do so, I agree to be accountable under the laws of the Canadian Judicial system. 6. As a member I agree to uphold the Community name and its indefinable marks in the highest regards. If I fail to do so this will constitute as grounds for removal. 7. I understand that if I contribute to the community be it in mental labour or activity, I withhold no rights on anything deriving from such activities or labors. This is a legal and binding contract, by submitting this form the submitter agrees to, will abide by all the statements made within this document. The creator of this form reserves the right to edit and modify and republish this webpage as he/she sees fit. It is the duty of the person applying to the community or later as a member of the community to review and act upon these changes. If a member doesn't denounced though a written submission to the community leader - his or her membership, he or she remains bound to the agreement of the changes made.
